Amar Nathwani is an alumnus of St. Paul's School in London after which he completed his undergrad in Law, and subsequently graduated from BPP Law School and INSEAD business school.
Following his education, Amar worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture Strategy and Deloitte.

Following his education, Amar worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture Strategy and Deloitte.
As a Management Consultant he spent close to a decade advising and working alongside the C-Suite and Senior Executives of FTSE 100 companies and global Financial Services firms (such as HSBC, Nomura, and Schroders) to develop and execute their corporate strategies.
Amar has international experience with these clients spanning; the United States, Canada, South America, Japan, and several parts of Europe.
Alongside this, he has been investing in and developing real estate since 2014. In 2019, Amar joined Aeternum Capital, a private investment group, specializing in business turnaround and real estate investment. Amar is responsible for fundraising, capital allocation, and spearheading new ventures.
In 2022, Amar also became a licensed Realtor to help his clients and personal friends with their real estate needs.
Outside of work, Amar serves as the Treasurer and Board Member of a waterfront Home Owner's Association. In his leisure time he also enjoys keeping fit, photography, and playing golf.

Samir Nathwani is also an alumnus of St. Paul's School in London, following which he read Law at King's College London and qualified as an attorney at Berwin Leighton Paisner.
He is currently a London-based commercial real estate lawyer and Partner at Trowers & Hamlins. As an attorney, Samir has advised on numerous high-profile deals, in
Samir Nathwani is also an alumnus of St. Paul's School in London, following which he read Law at King's College London and qualified as an attorney at Berwin Leighton Paisner.
He is currently a London-based commercial real estate lawyer and Partner at Trowers & Hamlins. As an attorney, Samir has advised on numerous high-profile deals, including the £200m acquisition of McLaren's headquarters in the UK, as well as the opening of prestigious venues such as Ivy Asia in Mayfair and global chains such as Burger King.
At Aeternum Capital, Samir is Head of Property Management and oversees all management activity across the real estate value chain.
Samir also provides strategic commercial advice on the firm's acquisitions and joint ventures on a deal-by-deal basis.
Outside of work, Samir is an avid film and sports fan, and in particular a lifelong supporter of Arsenal FC.

Bob and Ed Fisher (the "Fisher Brothers") lead Aeternum Capital's real estate design and construction initiatives.
They have substantial experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry and latterly in real estate construction and renovation.
Outside of work they enjoy interior design, board games, and art.

He has specific expertise in financial reporting and is a key member of the Aeternum Cap team in relation to tracking our performance against targets.

Experienced in property management as well as with overseeing development and renovation projects, and marketing initiatives.
